This has a newer 4 season Lanai, Beautiful new flooring throughout the home within the last 2 years (Bamboo and Luxury Vinyl). Amenities include; a heated pool, pickle-ball, tennis courts, a clubhouse, exercise room, Tiki-hut, trash pick-up, cable T.V. and shuffle board courts. The park has on-going activities throughout the year, including monthly pitch-in's, card clubs, fishing and golfing opportunities. The house has newer siding and an enclosed all season lanai (heated and cooled). You own a share of the park as a Co-op (we own the land and home). The monthly rates currently are $180, which includes water, cable TV and, trash bills and all amenities of the park. Everything works great! It has been our mother's home (who was a neat nick) for the past 30 yrs.
