Our apartment is a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, with a balcony. Heat and hot water are included in the rent which stands at $840.00 per month. Our other utilities never add up to more than $40.00 per month and we've been in the complex for over 2.5 years now. So the total is less than $900.00 for everything. The apartment has great closet space for storage in the hallways and in each bedroom as well as an additional storage unit downstairs. SORRY, THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE COMPLEX. Some of the other features included: - two pools (one adult and one for the kids) - a tennis court - there is school next to the complex with a lot of open grass area and a playground/swing set. It is overall a very safe area - docking station for boating - kayak storage - laundry on-site - quiet and respectful neighbors; we have not one time had an issue with anyone - responsible maintenance staff - 690, 81 interchanges and thruway entrance are very close by As far as the lease goes: You get a BRAND NEW written lease and there will be an inspection done by the complex prior to you signing. The lease would begin September 1, 2015 and run through March 27, 2016. At that point you WILL have the option to renew for a full year just as anyone else does. There is an initial $25.00 application fee (which we will cover for you) and they run a credit check to be approved. WE WILL ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE APARTMENT. NO SECURITY DEPOSIT! Heat and water included (great for the winter months).
