College students preferred. The house is only 1 mile to downtown Athens and UGA North Campus. Easy drive or walk. The rooms are private. The main living room has a large screen TV with 8 speakers built into the house. So the audio system is pretty sick. The kitchen is roomy with good counter and cabinet spaces. Good size private fenced back yard with a large patio deck. You will have a private bedroom room and share a bathroom with only 1 other renter. The top floor is rented (Room) A. The two rooms on the bottom floor are available (Room B and Room C). Room B is bigger than C. Each room downstairs is $800/month. 12 months preferred
