It's on a quiet and attractive street on a corner lot on a low-traffic greenway street (Davis). The setup - there's an open living room and kitchen with big windows and it flows through french doors to a back patio. It has good heat (a new furnace), wood floors, some storage in the basement, a washer and dryer, no off-street parking. The nearby main streets are Burnside and Glisan, which have grocery stores and places to eat. It's close to Mt. Tabor and shops in Montavilla. My favorite feature is the covered back porch, back yard, and that it's fun to be up on a little hill with little views down attractive streets out the big windows.
