In 2008 we extended the back patio concrete area by adding a 4 ft x 26 ft slab which gave plenty of room for a grill and wood rack to be placed on the concrete, while leaving room for a nice patio table and chairs! We have had Solar Screens installed on the master bedroom window as well as the two other bedrooms. Laid St. Augustine sod in backyard..so will be nice and lush for backyard playing soon!! As of Jan/Feb '09, we will be making upgrades to help insulate the home to make it more energy efficient. Check back for updates as to what all we can get done!! -UPDATE-We have had a Radiant Barrier (foil, not paint) installed throughout the attic. I will try and update periodically as to the energy usage effect!! -UPDATE-Since installing the radiant barrier, the electic bill has been reduced an average of 25% each month! This addition will pay dividends each month of the year..but especially in the Summer!! We have also recently had portions of the fence newly re-built. Neighborhood Description Nice, quiet, friendly! There seems to be a great mix of ages, and families with and without kids.
