The bathroom has a tub/shower and walnut cabinetry with a concrete countertop. There's a covered porch upstairs with a southern exposure - a good spot to sit in the morning and listen to the birds wake up. Pomar is a single block street with a mix of new and older homes and a feeling reminiscent of some little streets in Key West.
