There is a one month minimum- but obviously you can stay longer than a month. I live downstairs, so only courteous people will be here. Full of windows and light, and super quiet even though you are almost downtown. All utilities included, including internet. I recently bought a Mesh Network, so great speeds upstairs no matter where you are in the apartment. One month minimum- but longer works. Great for traveling nurses, medical students on rotation, business people who need to be here for a while, etc.
