I bought this house on 4/23/2010. It was a foreclosure when i purchased it. It is not in foreclosure and it has not been resold in Nov 2017 for $145k as Zillow shows it. In fact the mortgage is paid off on it. Equivalent houses in the neighborhood are selling for about 200k, which is what it sold for new on 5/22/2007. The house is currently not for sale but it may be put on the market in a few months.
