Nice location, second floor apt. with the 2 bedrooms on the third floor. It is spacious, an older apt not all the bells and whistles but great bang for your buck. Bedrooms are right next to each other on third floor. You supply air conditioners if you want them. There currently is a washer dryer that previous tenant left, we will leave but we don't replace or fix. We offer washer dryer hookup only. Absolutely no pets. GOOD CREDIT A MUST. Second floor renter is in charge of mowing a of grass ( not very big and owner provides mower) and snow shoveling the side walk Owner pays sewer and trash, tenant pays half water. Credit has to be at least 640. We do credit checks no exceptions. NO PETS Must call for appt.
