Camp on piers, built in the 1960's, still has original roof and enclosed porch. the well is dug needs a new liner ground water is coming in causing contamination. This property is fabulous, the view of the adirondack mountains at sunset is amazing! It has 75' of HRBRRD permit beach on the widest and deepest part of the Sacandaga. This is the spot for someones dream house.
