Tiffany style shade adorn the ceilings throughout to create that homely atmosphere. There is a cozy enclosed porch perfect for that early morning cup of coffee. Renters are responsible for utilities, electric and gas. In the event a pet, there will be a deposit fee to be used in the event of damage caused by the pet. There must be a maximum of two cats, and one dog under 50 pounds, any breed, with vaccination, or licensing certificates. Renters will be responsible for ensuring that garbage cans are available on pick up days. The lease will be on a year to year basis.
