Pets are welcome, but includes a pet fee per pet and a $25 monthly pet fee (per apartment's pet policy). I can give a copy of the pet policy. Security deposit and 1st months rent are due at signing. Renter is responsible for utilities including electric and gas costs. Must have Duke Energy. Lease is for 16 months from Jan 2023. Breaking the lease with result in 6 months rent due by desired move out date. You will have a copy of the lease information.
