Close to Green and Blue Subway Lines. Rent is $900 Parking available for additional $65, but comes as bonus till November. It is hard to find apartment with parking here. Lease ends on 5-31-2013. Unfortunately, because of the problems at work I can no longer stay in Oak Park. It is 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 dining room. It also has big balcony / office. I use it as office. Also, has 2 closets ( one next to entrance, other one in the bedroom ) One more thing is that this apartment has a fireplace. You get some space in the basement for the bike. The floor is hard-wooded. Comcast Internet and TV is installed, if you wanna keep it i will just transfer the account on your name and you will be able to cut on 2 year contract, as i had this bundle for 5 months. As for me, shorter contract is always better. This is probably the best deal in Oak Park. When I was looking for something in Oak Park for less than $ 1000 I didn't find any offer that was even close to it. For 800 you usually get only 1 bedroom and that's it. You decide.
