This is a perfect horse property, with a 3-stall barn, 2+ acres of fenced pasture and riding ring on an otherwise wooded 5 acre lot with stream bordering the back. The house is located towards the end of a nearly mile-long street that ends in a cul-de-sac, so there's hardly any traffic. But it is a walkable distance to elementary/middle school and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro schools are first-rate. It was appraised in July 2014 at $870K before we added new deck/pergola and firepit area to back yard. We can't account for why Zillow Estimate is so much lower. We have set the Make Me Move price much higher than market value because we would never want to leave this house unless we got an offer we truly couldn't refuse.
