Nice kitchen with corian counter tops, large laundry with sink, commode, double pantry and large coat closet. Nice formal dining room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Large master bedroom with room for king size bed. walk-in closet, tiled shower with seat in master bath. Heated floors in master bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 are good size, 17x17 sunroom has heated tile floors and great view of backyard. Back yard has path to walking trail and no neighbors in back. Quiet, peaceful setting. Sprinkler system. Washer, dryer, fridge in kitchen and fridge in garage stay.Floored attic in garage. Our favorite things to do are to sit in our recliners with our coffee in the mornings in the sunroom and look out back and watch the bluebirds, deer, squirrels and other wildlife scurrying around. In the evening we sit in the living room and watch TV with the electric fire logs on in the winter. So cozy. In the spring and summer we sit on the back deck for dinner and listen to all the evening sounds. We will miss this place greatly.
