Our building is situated in and ideal location on the corner of 7th and Hugo only half a block from Golden Gate Park/Lincoln Street and half a block from Irvine Street restaurants, shops, and the N Judah line. UCSF Medical is only a 13 minute walk. Laundry machines are located in the building. Each unit comes with a free storage locker located in the garage. We accept small well behaved dogs upon approval. There's a $200 pet deposit and $25 per month pet fee. We have 1 parking space available for an extra fee. Owner pays water and garbage.
