There is parking in the alley or on the street. Currently available February thru Mid-May 2026. In addition to $2600 rent there is a non-refundable damage deposit of $240 + $150 cleaning fee. Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement. Also, must have a credit card on file and allow management to walk thru the property every 30 days if requested.
