    What's special

Living room runs clearly into dinning area, making the living room seem so much larger. Glass doors can be added to atrium converting it into a solarium located in living room. Kitchen has granite counter tops throughout, added in 2005. Plenty of cabinets throughout. Black stove & refrigerator are only 3yrs old. Additional white small Freezer located in the basement closet(not in use at this time) bought this for extra food space for when the summer is here and the family gathering/grilling begins. works great & so convenient when needed. 1st floor Bathroom completely redone with new walls, new tub & shower head, new commode with smaller tank to save on water use, Large ceramic tiles used throughout entire bathing area giving it a more contemporary look. Tiled floor, new bathroom sink with small granite countertop, additional Small supply closet added inside the bathroom for easy access when showering or in need of a fresh towels. The linen closet is located outside of bathroom which can be used as a pantry, which Is what I use it for at this time. Can be kept as linen closet. New heated office space added, located on the first floor in the back of the house. This office area can also be used as a guest room if needed, does come heated. New furnace Added in 2014 with 10yr warranty. New 40 gallon short hot water heater added in 2015 with 3yr warrenty bought at Menards. Added a HUGE walk in closet/storage area wish is located in the laundry area for extra closet/ storage space, added in 2015. Half finished basement can be used as a recreation room or inlaw (only 1 exit) recreation room has a small kitchen area with a stainless steal refrigerator, No stove. small kitchen sink, 1 12X8 bedroom, the recreation room is large with 1 closet & small storage area, the half finished basement which can be used as a recreation room also has a huge space to crate living room space & dinning table/area. As mentioned, can be used as an inlaw. Also has a full bathroom with the exception of no tub. However, it does Have a brick made Shower. (Installed by original owners.) The entire basement does have new drywall. Bathroom can be retouched, I have only added only fresh new walls in the entire half basement/recreation area, fresh paint to bathroom shower is a bit dated made out of solid huge bricks, NEVER any issues with the shower so never felt the need to re-do the shower in the basement bathroom, shower does have a chabbychic appeal. Sub pump & flapper added. Yes this is due to the 1 and only flood we, we experienced back in 2010. so all walls had to be completely gutted out. The sub pump & flapper were installed to avoid any more floods. This was all added in 2010 when we had a horrible rain storm and FEMA had came in to help the Town of Cicero, The town of Westchester, Elmhurst and most of the West suburban area which had all these areas did have some water enter the basements of these Westsuben areas including mine. After this huge issue where FEMA was there to help us. I immediately added the subpump which does automatically kick in when thunderstorms are strong & the flapper was also added, just for extra precaution. This has helped me tremendously in avoiding any further water entering my basement since 2010. Double pain storm windows just installed in 2018, in the entire kitchen!back of house and bedrooms on all floors minuse the basement bedroom. Huge recreation room or can be used as an in law. Attic has been completely remodeled, 2 rooms are 17X15 & 17x16. Laminate pergo flooring in entire attic. Middle room of attic is huge. Can be used as a family room or reading area. Smoke detectors added in 2005 with Battery & Hard wire fire backup.
