I bought the building to live here and when I saw the layouts of the apartments I was sold. The kitchen with new built-in microwave is open to living room and the rooms are well laid out and the apartment feels larger than its' square footage. There are large closets in each bedroom (with newer shelving). The bedrooms have good useable space and outlets on 3 walls. The bedrooms don't share walls with the neighboring apartment and I've added sound-dampening insulation under the bedroom floors. New doors and new windows in living room/kitchen - the living room has a noise-reducing window (it faces West 7th St). The bathroom was remodeled about 2 years ago and has a very enviable shower niche. There's a unit air conditioner built into a wall sleeve in the kitchen/living room area. **AMENITIES** Storage locker included at no extra charge. There's a laundry room on-site with a new front-load water-saving coin-op washer and I can 'sell' you quarters for the washer and dryer so you don't even need to go to the bank. We have a package dropbox so you can receive a delivery if you're not home. **WEST 7th NEIGHBORHOOD** If you don't know us, don't feel bad but don't miss out! Very walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants such as Bennet's Chop and Rail House, Tavial Grill Tacos & Tortas, Mojo Monkey Donuts, Skinners, Mucci's, A-Side Public House, Bay Street Grill & Pub and more! **OWNER PAYS** heat, water, sewer, regular household trash.
