The property has central air and central heat. It includes a washer/dryer, as well as a fridge, a stove and an oven. The house is a one-minute walk to a bus stop on St. Claude Avenue, and it's a short walk (and even shorter bike ride / drive) to tons of fun Bywater/Marigny restaurants and bars. There's plenty of space in the back for gardening, and a little more in the front, as well. I'll add more photos over the next few days and can also email them to you if you prefer. Please let me know if you have any questions! Tenant pays utilities. Lease length is negotiable, though a long term tenant is very welcome. Ideally, the tenant would also pay the last month's rent when they sign the lease. That would be held until the last month of the lease and would be used to pay that final month.
