Population is a good mix of age groups, races, and nationalities (we have two NATO houses occupied by Italian officers right now) with a fair number of children. Police officer lives a few doors down: there is no trouble. Backyard looks out over Princess Anne Memorial Park, which ensures a well kept vista with no possibility of condo being built behind you.
