The property is in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. No parking is available on-site; street parking is limited and garage parking is at a cost. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
