This home is a few minutes walk from the village and La Jolla Cave Store, which takes you through the cliff to the edge of the water. A walk or bike ride along the shoreline in La Jolla isn't recommended it's a must. Also on the must-do list: a visit to the Whale Bar at the La Valencia Hotel (two short blocks away) or sitting on one of the many restaurant patios lining Prospect Street that overlook the Pacific Ocean. The San Diego Zoo, Legoland, the San Diego County Fair in nearby Del Mar, the Del Mar Thoroughbred Racing Season, the Comic-Con Convention, the San Diego Maritime Museum with the Midway, Downtown San Diego, and the Coronado Island beaches and world-famous hotels are all a short drive away. It's playtime all the time in this sunny Southern California city. The minimum stay is 5 nights for at most 6 guests in total, with no exceptions. No smoking and no pets allowed on this property or in the home. If smoking or undisclosed pets are brought onto the property or into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per day for such violations. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. Guests are strongly advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
