Laundry is shared; we are a quiet couple who live upstairs with our large and friendly dog, Birdie. You are welcome to use the yard, the hammock, and the BBQ grill. We have lounge chairs parked under the maple tree to watch the neighbors walk past in the evenings. It's a nice way to unwind with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Minimum lease three months. No pets. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Tenants are required to keep the apartment clean/clean it upon moveout.
