The property has plenty of trees, birds, neighborhood cats, squirrels etc. And absolutely NO rattlesnakes. No pets please. It is a 1923 art deco/craftsman/bungalow/Spanish mix. High speed internet. Plenty of storage. City Park is one block away. Beavers market just down the street, as well as the cemetery, for your convenience. Proof of vaccination and some basic courtesy about not infecting other people required. We will be living in the same duplex home and sharing the laundry room.
