In addition, renters pay gas, electric, and hot tub service if applicable. Those services go into the renter's name for term of lease. Please note, that professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit.
