The kitchen, living room, and dining room are located on the first floor and shared with the current tenant, who lives on the first floor and has his own bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are fully furnished but there's room in the kitchen for more dishes. The living room does not have a TV stand or TV, but has a couch and coffee table, as seen in the photos. Only one wall is shared with your neighbors, who are quiet and laid back. The condo has a private front yard, which I will maintain, but if you'd like to plant flowers, veggies, etc, I will very likely be agreeable to that, but you would be expected to maintain it. This location is within walking distance of two bus lines- FX2 and 73. It is also within walking distance of fast food, a gym, Grocery Outlet, gas station, and restaurants. 3 month lease, and after that you can extend it to 6 months.
