It could easily be used as a bedroom by opening a door into the closet which currently serves the master bedroom. The possibilities with this home seem endless. The current owners homeschooled, and there are several areas which have and could be used for that purpose. The property also consists of a detached garage. There is a rural water meter and lagoon.
