This is my family home. We want to make it your home. It's not fancy but comfortable and clean with all amenities and in one of Salt Lake City's best locations: The Avenues with its beautiful views, 5-minute drive to everything, quiet. This house is furnished. We are renting the top two floors of the house. The bottom floor is for the occasional time my parents or the children come to ski or visit-- about 3 weeks in a year. In these cases, the family will only use the garage entrance which does not connect to the main entrance. The main entrance will be exclusive to the renters. You will basically not know when a family member visits, but we will always inform in advance. Owner pays for utilities. First and last months rent and security deposit due at signing. One year lease.
