I am subletting one-bedroom just north of Chinatown from November 1st 2016-July 1st 2017! Looking for a male/female roommate to share the apartment with two female roommates who are both extremely nice, clean, and respectful. Also, if needed, you can move in as early as the last week in October. The apartment itself is just a few blocks from Jefferson station and other transit stops, and is also a few blocks from Reading Terminal Market and the historic Chinatown which has a TON of amazing places to eat. The room itself is very spacious with hardwood floors and a large closet. Also, the room comes equipped with an A/C. Added bonus: the room has a pretty great view of the Philly skyline. The kitchen is in great shape and has an electric stove and a garbage disposal. There is one bathroom for the apartment but it is quite large and, as previously mentioned, my roommates are very clean. I will be moving so I am willing to part with quite a few of the furnishings in the apartment as well for a largely discounted price. $700 includes rent, internet, and all utilities
