There is a Von's 2 minutes away and Trader Joe's and Whole Food's are less than a 10 minute drive from our house. Public transportation is a two minute walk from the house and Lyft picks up within minutes. Stick your toes in the sand within minutes. Venice Beach is less than 2 miles away.
