Good size rooms, Granite Counter in the kitchen and Bathrooms. Large fenced backyard with a porch. A big PLUS for these days, the house has hurricane shutters. Also a bonus room before you to the garage. Great for an office, extra storage, it's air-conditioned. The garage is a bit oversized.
