Wauwatosa s only secluded community! I m moving and need someone to sublease my one bedroom apartment in Tosa through the end of June. You would also have the opportunity to renew the lease if you wanted. I ve been living here the last two and a half years and love it. I m located right off 68th and State (on a private road), just walking distance from downtown. Convenient location to multiple grocery stores, bars, downtown, North Ave, the med school, etc. Close to Downtown Milwaukee, as well. The complex is the Tosa Village apartments (road is located behind the Metcalfe s on State). It s a one bedroom, one bath, balcony, basement storage locker, and it s an updated unit. The only thing that was not updated before I moved in was the carpet. However, that is something that might be able to be arranged to be updated in the spring because it was supposed to be done before I moved in. The unit also includes one parking space and there is always additional street parking, if needed. There are on-site washers and dryers at an additional cost. Cats are also welcome for an additional charge per month. Rent is $880/month and you just have to pay for electricity and internet/cable in addition to that. I just need about a weeks notice before I am able to move out (two would be ideal though). A new lease would also need to be done prior to move-in. Contact me for questions or to see the building.
