Gated community and great location. It is very close to the the Mayo Clinic. The home is freshly painted and has a huge list of amenities. Please see all photos. Tenant pays all utilities small dogs only no exceptions. This is on a case by case basis only. Tenant must make a minimum of 3 times the rent. The owner prefers a longer term lease of 2-3 years. Parking capacity is for no more than 3 cars with no street parking allowed. This is a highly regulated HOA so if you don't like HOA rules this will probably not be the best rental.
