I love this house because it has an open floor plan and a large fenced in back yard. It was freshly painted and updated in April 2018 with new appliances and A/C unit. This is a very low maintenance house. Seeing as it is only 900 square feet, cleaning can be done quickly and easily. It is close to schools, jobs, restaurants, and the beach. Additionally, there are miles of running/walking trails in the parks at the end of the street. Highland Lake Park, Eagle Lake Park, and Largo Central Park. Highland Recreation Center is less than a 5-minute walk. They have an affordable gym, pool with slides for kids and adults, and tons of free and low-cost classes. Open house Saturday 2/16 11am -2pm. Move in date is flexible. Credit check required. No smoking. Tenant must carry renters insurance. Tenant pays electric, water, internet and cabel.
