Small space but completely renovated, I was the first person to live there after the remodel. Looking for someone to take over my lease until March 30th and then you'd have the option to renew for yourself. It's nice for a single person or couple who doesn't need much space. Very large closets, nice bathroom space, beautiful floors and cabinets, there's an on site gym that is newly remodeled with all new equipment, nice neighbors, close to I25, and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You would need to be able to pass a background check because I am looking for a lease takeover, you'd need to fill out the application with the office and then release myself from the lease. If you're looking to move in November, I've already paid the rent and I'm not asking for anything for it so you'd have that first part free.
