A full furnished private room with private bath will be available after Dec 25, 2025. The house is a one store single family house, approximately 1800 square feet. New central AC and heater were installed in 2022. As of now, there are five tenants, 2 google software engineers, 1 Foxconn senior manager, 1 nurse, and 1 software freelancer. Rent includes everything(GB internet, electricity, water, sewer, trash collection) The room is about 200 square feet. It is ONLY for one person. Furnitures, such as bed, mattress, computer desk, bookshelf, and chair will be provided upon requests with no additional cost. I only show the house/room in person. No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no events. Will check background and job histories. Driveway or street parking. Driveway is first come and first serve. As of now, only 2 person needs regular accesses to the kitchen. 2 tenants travel frequently. Tenants who do not clean after himself/herself will NOT fit. If you reply, please introduce yourself and state why you would be a good fit for the house. Emails without intro will be ignored. 3 months+ to start and then month-by-month.
