Hello! I work for the Lufthansa Airline Group and have taken up a position in Germany so our new condo is available for rent. The condo has just been purchased, with brand new appliances in the kitchen, and is completely empty and ready for move-in. You will be within walking distance from several great restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. This location is truly amazing and super convenient. We are tech fans and have installed the coolest Nest Thermostat. It's like a smart phone but a thermostat. You can also set and control it via an app on your own smart phone. The entire unit is one level and has a super bright and airy living room with balcony facing the street. All three bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The bedrooms are carpeted. Parking is under the building and we get two spots. The guest parking is also conveniently located right next to the building. There is also a storage unit available. As we are currently abroad, our housekeeper will show you the property. Please call the number shown. It will be picked up by Google voicemail but we will call you back right away to chat with you and to book an appointment for viewing. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for electricity, and gas.
