Large yard with many tall trees, bougainvillea and grass in a quiet and tranquil setting. Relax in the large hot tub overlooking the lovely garden! Bikes are also available for guests to use. Guest Access Guests have access to the large shared yard with spa and garden furniture. The large lovely yard is available for group parties and a party store is located around the corner. Interaction with Guests I live in the main front house and am available to guests as needed. The Neighborhood The neighborhood is very nice and Ocean View Blvd. is filled with lovely homes. The loft guesthouse is located within walking distance to many restaurants, the Japanese Market across the street which has an on-site cafe and delicious sushi to go, shops and a shopping center as well as the popular Farmer's Market held on Sundays. Getting Around Public transportation is readily available via the The Big Blue Bus and the Culver City Bus lines which run nearby on Venice Blvd. and Centinela. Bikes are also provided for guests to use. Other Things to Note Pets are OK, dogs on property. Air mattress and rollaway bed can be provided upon request for extra guests.
