Tenant agrees that smoking, vaping, or burning any tobacco or plant product, as well as the possession, consumption, ingestion, or cultivation of marijuana (recreational or medical), is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Parking: There is street parking in front of the property for multiple vehicles. The detached garage is not included in the rental. Utilities: Landlord pays for trash, storm drain, water, Wi-Fi. Tenant only needs to pay a pro-rated fee for Gas/Electric.
