There are total of 4 bathrooms: owner lives on the premises and uses one of the 4 bathrooms. Then there is a tenant who has the master bedroom and he has the second bathroom. The other two bathrooms are on the first and second floor for tenants to share. We are looking for a male tenant because there is already a male that will share the bathroom with you, and it will make everything much easier. I am the landlady and I am living on the premises, I'm looking for a gentleman who is in the middle age range, with a full time job, non smoker, and who doesn't cook much.
