Manasota Beach is a favorite of ours for shark tooth hunting and the sunsets are amazing! We have all the beach gear you will need for a relaxing day at the beach. And if that isn't enough, the highly anticipated Grand Opening of the new Downtown Wellen Park is slated for April 2023 and is just minutes away featuring an 80 acre lake where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment as well as visit several high end boutiques and restaurants. We also have 4 bikes for our guests to use in and around our community and you can bike to most of these places which are just a mile or two away. We allow one fur baby depending on the breed and a 30 day minimum stay is required. We have everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and hope to see you soon! No smoking in Unit or on lanai but in front of our Coach home is a bench and place to put out your cigarettes. Guests are responsible for Gran Paradiso's $300 administrative fee which covers transfer of amenity privileges from us to you which includes name badges, pictures and fobs as well as vehicle stickers for gate access.
