The back of the cabin has a large storage room, with a small closet and storage loft. Cabin has underground 500 gallon fuel tank and electricity. Landscaping upgrades include browns hill quarry rock. Caution: 1. Boots/Shoes should be removed. 2. The floor is extremely slippery if you are wearing boots with snow. 3. Do not lean on the railing in the loft. Caution Loft Stairs: 1. Do not attempt to lift or lower the loft stairs. (Currently in down position) 2. Only one (1) person at a time is permitted on the loft stairs. 3. Loft stairs have a maximum weight limit of 250lbs. 4. No boots or shoes on loft stairs. 5. Loft stairs are slippery, no grips on stairs. 6. Must use both hands and be looking the direction that you are climbing on the loft stairs. 7. There is no safety rail at the top of the stairs. 8. It is advisable for additional safety another person should oversee. 9. Loft stairs are not intended for regular/everyday use. 10. Exercise caution while using the loft stairs.
