As you walk up to the cabin there is a paver patio on the non lake side. If you sit on the non lake side you still have beautiful views of the body of water that feeds into Lake Florida. WE have witnessed some pretty spectacular sunsets over this body of water. There is a small entryway as you walk into the cabin with shelving. You enter a nice sized kitchen (10x10) which is open to the living room (15x17). The 3 season sun porch(9.5x18.5) is off the living room. The sun porch looks out on the back yard and lake. You can walk out onto the deck from the sun porch the deck is 10x18. It is 2 steps to the ground. The lot is level and the beach is sandy and flat. We have spent hours playing yard games on the yard when we aren't in the water. This has been a year round home in the past. There are two nice sized bedrooms and a full bath all on the main floor. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom conveniently located near the bedrooms. The lake is encircled with a newer sewer system so no worries about septic systems or jeopardizing the quality of the lake.
