It's a wonderful neighborhood and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood has families with young children, teenagers, older couples. Both streets end in cul-de-sacs and have walking paths. The path at the end of Marsh winds through a beautiful wooded area and connects to a new playground. The path at the end of Hilltop connects to Field. There is also a path that connects to Vero. Truly a walker and runner paradise!
