This property feels like the country but is in the heart of Grand Rapids and within walking distance of the bus line, banks, grocery stores and the library. The Kitchen and bathroom are almost finished with all new cabinets (plywood not particle board!) and all new stainless appliances, the roof is in great shape. The basement will see some leakage in a good rain and needs to have an outside entrance added. In it's current configuration , this house will not qualify for an FHA loan.
