    Ready for move-in. Very quiet space. Separate Family room, separate kitchen, separate bedroom. Unit is cooled with window ac's that are cool and heat and also warmed with space heaters as you wish. No mail box supplied. Very cozy front porch with ceiling fans. Very cozy back yard, with concrete slab for sitting and barbequing, very private except occasional hello from rear neighbor. If you want quiet and very convenient to everything. 3 mins to downtown, eateries all around within 3-5 minutes. East Chase Shopping and Dining is only a 20 minute drive away. Cozy eateries 2 minutes away at Historic Cloverdale. The property is itself situated in the Historic Garden District of Montgomery. Parking is in front of home on either side of the street. The entire home is equipped with an Alarm System, however, usually not needed. Most of the time, tenants in Unit 1 and 2 are at home. Tenants are both on the elderly side and the building is very quiet. 98% of the time, tenants are home and fast to sleep at a certain time of night. Landlord does not live on site, but visits every now and then and sleeps in Apartment #4. Electric is separate and paid to Landlord upon due and paid by Landlord, water is shared and is paid to tenant #2 or landlord. Alarm is free, most likely not needed. Cable must be provided by tenant or any other service, wanted by tenant. The lease is 6 months and can be extended to a yearly lease. Once again, tenant pays separate Electric, water is a shared bill. Any other services requested by tenant must be approved by Landlord and is the sole responsibility of tenant. There is no mail box for tenants. Landlord requires tenant to use a PO Box. Landlord recommend renters insurance but that is totally on the tenant to do on their own, if needed.
