Gold Pan MHP is a small, quaint, all ages community within walking distance of Fairplay Colorado. There is not an on-site office, the manager can be found after a quick 2-minute drive to our sister community, Fairplay Estates. Fairplay is a high elevation, old west mountain town in colorful Colorado, offering restaurants and saloons alike. Fairplay is an outdoor lover's dream. A short 1-hour drive to the south and east, you will find Gold Medal fishing on the famed South Platte River. And with the many streams and rivers surrounding the area, gold panning is an excellent way to kill some time in this cow town. You never know, there might just be a gold nugget waiting with your name on it. Hiking, biking, and skiing opportunities are endless. World famous ski resorts to 14,000' peaks, you name it, we have it.
