Our cottage is on the side of the main house with its own separate driveway and entrance. We are less than a mile from Old Town Auburn where you can find lots of good restaurants and shops, less than a mile from the Auburn Recreation Park, 1.5 hours away from Tahoe, and close to many hikes and lakes. Our cottage come fully equipped with a washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have WiFi and tv services. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The room has black out curtains and a good sized closet. The bathroom has nice open shelves! Come ready to relax and wind down after a long day of work. The house is set back and has great privacy. Look out the main windows to enjoy a beautiful sunset every night! We strive to treat everyone that comes into our cottage like a friend. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and private space for you. We take great pride at making you feel at home! All utilities such as water, gas, electric, WiFi, and garbage are $170 a month. We do not allow any smoking or partying on the property. No animals are allowed.
