I think I need to be very clear and transparent. I am not desperate to sell this property. Do not contact me trying to lowball offers. My absolute Bottom is firm. I will keep the property. I will finish it and I will rent it. The Airbnb did have an income of about 30,000 a year. The house is currently rented now the house still needs to be finished with updates siding but is about 95% complete inside the tiny house. Airbnb is currently gutted to be remodeled. I am starting to work on it now April 7 2025 I would be willing to sell the property. Most likely needs to be a cash buyer possibly a contractor because of the tiny house most normal lenders will not lend on this property. It is a remodeled mobile home from 1965 if you are going to contact me, it is better to leave a message. I scanned through all calls. You can text me as well when I finish the tiny house. I will relist this property for 500,000 not a dime less.
